This is your neighbor Dr. Shalaka Nesarikar. After graduating from Baylor College of Dentistry in 2002 and working in the Dallas area, it had been my dream to shape a dental office with my own practice philosophy. Spring Creek Dental has fulfilled that dream. I have been extremely fortunate in finding a practice in Plano that maintained the same comprehensive care philosophy that I followed without compromise. No HMO’s please…
It is not fair for our fee-for-service or PPO dental insurance patients.

We believe that the quality dental service for ALL patients gets affected in an office where HMO’s are prominent. The dental care “efficiencies” imposed by a HMO insurance contract will likely require a practice to seek compromises and force it to be an assembly line. (More here...)
